Step by step
How to delete your HiringMine account
These steps match the delete account control currently implemented in the HiringMine web app.
Step 1
Sign in to HiringMine
Use the account you want to delete. For your safety, account deletion is only available after authentication.
Step 2
Open Settings
From the web app, open Settings from your profile menu or go directly to the account settings page.

Go to Change Password
The delete account control is placed in the security area below the password form.
Step 4
Click Delete my account
Review the permanent deletion notice in the Delete account section before continuing.
Step 5
Confirm deletion
Select Delete account in the confirmation dialog. This protects your account from accidental deletion.
Step 6
Deletion is completed
HiringMine deletes the account, clears the signed-in session, and redirects you to the login page.
Important information before you delete
Please review these points before confirming deletion inside your account settings.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Your public profile, applications, wallet activity, and recruiter-facing visibility are removed according to HiringMine policy.
Certain records may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, billing, or dispute-resolution obligations.
Deleting an account does not automatically reverse completed purchases, paid services, or third-party billing obligations where applicable.

No. Once you confirm account deletion, the account deletion process is permanent. Create a new account if you want to use HiringMine again later.
The in-app deletion request is processed immediately after confirmation. Some retained records or backups may take longer to expire according to legal, security, and operational requirements.
HiringMine removes your account, profile, applications, wallet activity, and recruiter-facing data according to its deletion policy. Information that must be retained by law or for security and dispute handling may be kept for the required period.
If you have an active paid arrangement, completed payment, invoice, or third-party billing obligation, deletion may not automatically cancel or refund it. Contact support before deleting your account if you need billing help.
