Key Responsibilities:
Prepare quotations and technical proposals under direct supervision. Communicate professionally with clients and suppliers, ensuring clarity and timely follow-ups. Product hunting from local & international suppliers with precise technical specifications. Create, maintain, and organize well-formatted documents, presentations, and bid files. Collaborate with the team to ensure accuracy in pricing, compliance, and delivery timelines. Maintain sales trackers, proposal templates, and supplier databases.
Required Skills & Attributes:
Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), PDF tools, and professional email drafting. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent technical proposal writing, product sourcing, and presentation skills.
