UHF Solutions is looking for a Technical Business Analyst who has a strong background in Computer Science, System Design, and Architecture. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders and the development team.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate requirements into detailed system and technical specifications.
Collaborate with development teams to design scalable solutions.
Work on system architecture diagrams, workflows, and use cases.
Conduct impact analysis for new features and system changes.
Support QA and UAT processes by clarifying requirements.
Ensure solutions meet both business objectives and technical feasibility.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Strong understanding of system design, architecture patterns, and software development lifecycle.
Hands-on experience with UML, ERDs, or system modeling tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Prior experience as a Business Analyst or in a hybrid technical/functional role is a plus.
