Our mission is to empower small businesses, local shops, and startups across Pakistan by building their professional brand identity, web presence, and digital visibility. As we expand our branding and "Social Media Sukoon" packages, we are looking for a talented, versatile Social Media Manager & Graphic Designer to join our team in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Discovery & Onboarding: Create and fill out comprehensive business discovery questionnaires with newly assigned customers to deeply understand their industry, brand voice, and business goals.
• Multichannel Content Creation: Conceptualize, design, and produce highly engaging social media posts, graphics, and short-form video content (Reels/TikToks) tailored for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• SEO-Optimized Publishing: Publish scheduled client content with compelling, high-converting captions, naturally infusing high-performing SEO keywords into the text to maximize organic reach (we provide premium, paid SEO tools for this).
• Print-Ready Graphic Design: Maintain high standards of print proficiency, designing stunning visual assets fully optimized for professional print production (premium visiting cards, brochures, and offline brand collateral).

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Content Creator, or Graphic Designer (Portfolio mandatory).
• Strong command over graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) with a solid understanding of print specifications (CMYK, bleed margins, high-res exporting).
• Hands-on experience editing short-form mobile videos/reels using tools like CapCut or Premiere Pro.
• Excellent communication and discovery skills—comfortable interviewing traditional business owners and translating their vision into a digital strategy.
• Strong written skills with an eye for blending engaging Urdu/English copy naturally with SEO keywords.
