We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior QA Tester for a full-time, 100% remote position. In this role, you will ensure the quality of deliverables across multiple strategic projects, collaborating closely with our development and product teams.
💰 Salary: Approximately 2700 DT
📅 Start Date: Early February
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Design, draft, and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Implement and maintain automated tests to ensure application stability and performance.
Identify, analyze, and track bugs using tools like Jira or equivalent.
Perform functional, exploratory, regression, and performance testing as required by the projects.
Collaborate with development teams to optimize processes and ensure quality from the early stages of development.
Document test results and provide recommendations for continuous QA process improvement.
Contribute to establishing a global QA strategy aligned with project evolution
🎯 Skills and Requirements
Proven experience in QA testing (minimum 5 years), with expertise in manual and automated testing.
Proficiency in automated testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
Strong knowledge of test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., TestRail, Jira).
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Deep understanding of web development processes, with attention to cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to work efficiently in a remote environment.
Bonus: Experience in setting up or managing a QA team
