Job Summary:
As a Senior Manufacturing Lead, you will be instrumental in scaling and optimizing manufacturing processes.
You’ll lead the production of cutting-edge products, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to Lean Manufacturing principles.
This is a leadership position requiring expertise in the automotive sector and a passion for sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-scale production of electric motorcycles, battery packs, and swap stations.
Drive Lean Manufacturing implementation to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
Collaborate with R&D and design teams to integrate new products seamlessly.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Mentor and lead a high-performing team to achieve production targets.
Develop strategies to reduce production costs while maintaining quality standards.
Oversee capital equipment investments and maintenance.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (Master’s preferred).
7+ years in a senior manufacturing role, ideally in the automotive sectors such as Atlas Honda, Yamaha & Suzuki etc.
Expertise in CAD, CAM, PLM software, and Lean Manufacturing
