We are seeking a highly experienced Senior eCommerce Accountant with advanced expertise in QuickBooks Online to lead our accounting operations. This role requires a professional with a strong background in the eCommerce industry to oversee accounts, payroll, and multi-channel platforms like Amazon and eBay. The candidate will ensure seamless financial processes, compliance, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting Leadership
Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, financial reporting, and budgeting.
Generate and maintain accurate financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow).
Lead the quarterly/year-end closing, tax filings, and audit preparation.
eCommerce Accounting
Integrate QuickBooks Online with platforms like Amazon and eBay for efficient data flow.
