We are seeking an experienced Senior Cyber & Network Security and IT Governance Specialist to lead security initiatives, manage enterprise risks, and ensure regulatory compliance. This role requires a strong mix of hands-on technical expertise and strategic governance leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Cyber & Network Security Leadership
Design, implement, and optimize network and cyber security architectures.
Lead security incident response and threat investigation activities.
Oversee vulnerability management, penetration testing, and remediation.
Ensure secure design and implementation of on-prem and cloud environments.
IT Governance, Risk & Compliance
Define and maintain IT security policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
Lead IT risk assessments and integrate security into enterprise risk management.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, GDPR, SOC 2, etc.).
Manage internal and external audits and remediation programs.
Advisory & Leadership
Act as a trusted advisor to management and business stakeholders.
Review third-party/vendor security and risk assessments.
Mentor junior security and GRC team members.
Contribute to security strategy, roadmaps, and investment planning.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of experience in cyber security, network security, or IT governance roles.
Strong expertise in security tools (SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint security).
Proven experience implementing and managing security frameworks.
Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Certifications
CISSP, CISM, or CISA
ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor
CEH, CCSP, or equivalent
