Details
Implement, customize, and support SAP Business One (SAP B1) solutions
Analyze business requirements and map them to SAP B1 functionalities
Configure SAP B1 modules such as Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Production, and CRM
Conduct gap analysis and propose system enhancements
Provide end-user training and create functional documentation
Troubleshoot issues and provide L1/L2/L3 support
Coordinate with technical teams for add-ons, integrations, and reports
Perform data migration, testing, and system upgrades
Ensure compliance with business processes and best practices
