A local media and marketing agency is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a sales pro with a deep understanding of the local market and a proven track record of achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire sales cycle from generating new leads to closing deals.
Conduct meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their needs.
Identify and execute upselling opportunities.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Perform cold calling to expand the client base.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using sheets.
Collaborate with the team to achieve collective goals.
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Sales Specialist.
Expertise in the local market.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive team player with a professional attitude.
Work Schedule:
Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Days: 6 days a week
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 13, Karachi
