About the Role
DevXtech is looking for motivated Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in B2B tech sales, client communication, and lead conversion.

Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to warm and cold leads
- Communicate service offerings clearly and confidently
- Maintain follow-ups and manage the sales pipeline on CRM
- Qualify leads and guide them through the sales funnel
- Collaborate with the team to meet weekly and monthly targets
- Understand client needs and offer suitable solutions
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written
- English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities
- Willingness to learn sales tools, CRM systems, and outreach workflows
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Fresh graduates encouraged to apply (training will be provided)
- Must be comfortable with night shift timings
