Experience: 3–5 years in Travel & Tours Sales, preferably Umrah
Salary: Market competitive + Commission
Location: Bahadurabad, Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve overall company sales targets
Manage and lead the sales team
Monitor CRM leads, follow-ups & conversions
Develop sales strategies and improve revenue
Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement
Handle key customers and sales escalations
Prepare daily/weekly sales performance reports
