Acquisition Agent Real Estate Wholesaling (Remote)
We are hiring an acquisition agent to own seller calls end to end. You get the lead, you work it, you get the contract signed. No handoffs, no babysitting.
What you'll do
- Take inbound and outbound seller calls from qualified lead flow
- Run full discovery: motivation, condition, timeline, occupancy, title/lien situation
- Build comps, set price expectations, and present offers on the call
- Handle objections and negotiate to a verbal
- Send and follow through on the purchase agreement until it's signed
- Log everything in CRM and keep pipeline notes clean
- Follow up on stale and dead leads most contracts come from the fifth call, not the first
What you need
- 2+ years in real estate, with direct wholesaling acquisitions experience (not retail agent work, not just dispo or cold calling)
- Proven track record of taking a call from first contact to signed contract yourself
- Comfortable with distressed, probate, tax lien, and equity-light situations
- Solid grasp of comping and calculating MAO
- CRM experience (GoHighLevel, Podio, REsimpli, or similar)
- Reliable internet, quiet workspace, US-hours availability
Non-negotiable: call recordings
Send 2–3 recordings of your own acquisition calls ideally at least one that ended in a signed contract and one where you handled real pushback. Applications without recordings will not be reviewed. Redact personal info if you need to.
Compensation
Base pay weekly plus commission on each closed deal.
