Sales Executive

Tijarah Soft is looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into customers, understanding client business needs, and presenting our POS ERP solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and follow up with incoming leads in a timely manner
• Conduct product demos and explain features based on customer needs
• Convert trials and prospects into paying customers
• Maintain consistent follow-ups until deal closure
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Accurately update CRM with lead status, activities, and outcomes
• Provide customer feedback to improve product and sales process

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales (preferably SaaS or software sales)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand business workflows and recommend solutions
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
• Comfortable with calls, demos, and client handling
