We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Closer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients through cold calls, presenting our website development services, and closing deals. This is a performance-driven position where your earnings are directly tied to your results — the harder you work, the more you earn.
About the Role
As a Sales Closer, your primary job is to identify businesses that need a website or want to upgrade their existing one, pitch our services confidently, and convert those conversations into paying clients. You will be working remotely on a full-time basis, managing your own schedule and pipeline while hitting weekly and monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- You will be making cold calls to small and medium-sized businesses on a daily basis, introducing our web development services and qualifying leads.
- Once a prospect is interested, you will deliver a compelling pitch, handle objections professionally, and close the sale.
- You will manage all your leads and follow-ups through a CRM, ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks.
- You will also coordinate with our development team to accurately relay client requirements after a deal is closed.
Required Skills
The ideal candidate has strong cold calling and communication skills, a proven ability to handle objections and close deals, experience using a CRM tool, and a self-motivated attitude. Basic understanding of websites and digital services is a plus, as it will help you speak confidently to clients about what we offer.
Experience Level
We prefer candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in phone sales, telesales, or B2B outreach. However, if you are a fresher with exceptional communication skills and a strong hunger to succeed, we are open to training the right person.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote, full-time position. You can work from anywhere as long as you have a phone, a laptop, and a reliable internet connection.
