We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter with 4–5 years of experience in bulk hiring for a staffing and recruitment firm. The ideal candidate should be skilled in headhunting via LinkedIn, familiar with Boolean search techniques, and capable of closing up to 30 positions per month across both local and international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for bulk hiring projects, from sourcing to onboarding
Utilize advanced search methods including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job portals, and networking.
Work on diverse roles across different industries, meeting tight deadlines.
Coordinate closely with local and international clients to understand role requirements and deliver quality hires
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and track progress using ATS or CRM tools
Achieve and exceed monthly closing targets (up to 30 positions).
Provide regular updates and reports on hiring progress to the management and clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
4 to 5 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a staffing or headhunting agency.
Expertise in bulk hiring, headhunting, and LinkedIn sourcing.
Proficient in Boolean search and other advanced sourcing techniques.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and client-handling skill
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
