A well-established organization is seeking a dynamic Procurement Manager to lead sourcing and purchasing strategies across multiple international markets. The ideal candidate will ensure cost-effective procurement while maintaining high-quality standards for ingredients, packaging, and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies for food ingredients, packaging, and equipment.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with global suppliers.
Optimize costs while maintaining quality and brand standards.
Manage contracts, supplier agreements, and vendor relationships.
Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure smooth inventory flow.
Conduct market research to identify new sourcing opportunities and trends.
Ensure compliance with local and international procurement regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in the food & beverage industry.
Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
