Details
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate vending management software for sales analysis, route planning & machine reporting
- Analyze daily, weekly & monthly operational data
- Manage purchases, re-ordering & supplier coordination
- Handle receiving of stock & track supplier payment statuses
- Maintain strict inventory controls (expiry, damages, variances) at warehouse & machine level
- Supervise filling captains – routes, attendance, fuel & bonuses
- Maintain salary & performance records of operations staff
- Conduct on-ground QC checks of vending machines
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business / Operations / Supply Chain or related field
- Strong Excel / Sheets & software handling skills
- Highly organized, disciplined & process-driven
- Willing to travel daily across Karachi
- Prior operations / field team management experience preferred
