About FoodLoot
FoodLoot is Karachi's food-deals app. Restaurants, cafés and bakeries post deals, and our customers grab them in the app at great prices. We're growing fast, and we want FoodLoot to be the food brand Karachi talks about.
The role
You will own FoodLoot's marketing from idea to result. You'll be the face of the brand on camera, plan what we post, run our Meta ads, and build collabs with restaurants and creators across the city.
What you'll do
- Come up with fresh campaign and content ideas every week.
- Follow global and local trends, and what top agencies and brands are doing, then do it better for FoodLoot.
- Appear on camera in Reels, TikToks and Stories, and script, shoot and edit short videos with the team.
- Plan and run our Meta ads on Facebook and Instagram: set budgets, test creatives, read the numbers, and cut what doesn't work.
- Run our Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn: the content calendar, posting and replies.
- Use AI tools every day (ChatGPT or Claude, CapCut, Canva, AI image and video tools) to work faster and test more ideas.
- Build collabs with Karachi restaurants, food creators and influencers.
- Report every week on what we posted, what we spent, and what it brought in.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in social media or digital marketing. Agency, food or consumer-brand experience is a plus.
- Confident on camera. You'll need to show us videos where you appear.
- Hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience: campaigns you ran yourself, with results you can show.
- A creative, quick thinker who spots trends early and turns them into content.
- Already using AI tools in your daily work.
- Experience on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook; YouTube and LinkedIn are a plus.
- Connections in Karachi's food scene are a big plus.
- Strong spoken and written Urdu and English.
