🚀 We’re Hiring | Web3 Marketing Expert
Alasoft is looking for a Web3 Marketing Expert with 2+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, user acquisition, or the Web3 space.
The ideal candidate should understand how to attract, convert, engage, and retain users through performance marketing, community growth, partnerships, influencers, and data-driven experiments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage campaigns across Meta, Google, X, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
• Analyze campaign performance, ROI, conversions, and user acquisition funnels
• Test new audiences, creatives, landing pages, and acquisition channels
• Collaborate with KOLs, influencers, creators, and Web3 communities
• Support community growth across Telegram, Discord, X, and other channels
• Execute referral, promotional, and user acquisition campaigns
• Conduct A/B testing and improve conversion and retention
• Track KPIs and turn performance data into actionable growth strategies
What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years of relevant marketing or growth experience
• Experience in Web3, crypto, blockchain, fintech, or digital products
• Hands-on experience with performance marketing platforms
• Strong understanding of CAC, ROI, conversion funnels, and retention
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Looker Studio, or similar tools
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Genuine interest in crypto, blockchain, and Web3

🕒 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM | Monday-Saturday
📅 Experience: 2+ years
💰 Salary: PKR. 50K - 70K
