Manage information technology and computer systems.
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of information systems.
Meet with managers to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines.
Hire and manage information systems personnel and contractors to design, develop, implement, operate and administer computer and telecommunications software, networks and information systems.
Ensure technology is accessible and equipped with current hardware and software.
Implement processes to have secure network and data security.
Control the computer systems budgets and expenditures.
Effective utilization of in house developed applications (MIS, Online donation Portal, mobile app etc.) and timely integration.
Implement innovations in business process optimization.
Provide necessary support in organizational development.
Ensure IT related Policies and Procedures.
Ensure quick and efficient Internal IT support.
Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems.
Great IT skills combined with a good head for business
Educational Qualification:
Bachelors’ or Master’s degree in a computer field.
Work Experience:
Minimum four (4) years of IT work experience (particularly in networking and system support).
