We are looking for a motivated and confident Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our remote sales team. Your primary responsibility will be reaching out to business owners through cold calling and LinkedIn, building relationships, and converting prospects into clients.

Responsibilities

* Make outbound cold calls to business owners and decision-makers.

* Connect with prospects through LinkedIn and initiate meaningful conversations.

* Present Raynaters Tech's AI automation solutions in a clear and compelling way.

* Understand client challenges and identify opportunities where our services can help.

* Follow up consistently with interested prospects.

* Negotiate and close new business opportunities.

* Maintain accurate records of conversations and sales activities in the CRM.

* Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

* Excellent spoken and written English.

* Strong communication and persuasion skills.

* Confidence in speaking with business owners and executives.

* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to succeed.

* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

* Reliable internet connection and a professional workspace.

* Previous experience in sales, cold calling, or lead generation is an advantage but not required.
