We are looking for a motivated Junior Cyber & Network Security and IT Governance Analyst to support the implementation and monitoring of security controls and governance processes. This role is ideal for early-career professionals eager to grow their technical and GRC skills under the guidance of senior security staff.
Key Responsibilities
Cyber & Network Security Support
Assist in monitoring security alerts from SIEM and security tools.
Support firewall, endpoint, and network security configurations.
Participate in vulnerability scanning and remediation tracking.
Help document incident response activities and lessons learned.
IT Governance & Compliance
Support maintenance of security policies, procedures, and standards.
Assist with IT risk assessments and control testing.
Help prepare evidence for internal and external audits.
Maintain security documentation, registers, and reports.
Learning & Collaboration
Participate in security awareness initiatives and training sessions.
Work with IT teams to support secure system configurations.
Stay current with emerging cyber threats and best practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).
1–2 years of experience in IT, security, or governance-related roles.
Familiarity with at least one security framework (ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT is a plus).
Preferred Certifications (or in progress)
CompTIA Security+
CEH (Junior level)
ISO 27001 Foundation
