Client Digital Transformation – Helping schools, oces, and businesses automate workows and modernize processes.
As a Junior Automation Engineer, you will work alongside team members to identify ineciencies, implement automation solutions, and integrate APIs. You will gain hands-on experience in internal and client-facing automation projects, learning best practices in business process automation.
This role will start as a project-based contract (6-12 months) with an initial three-month probationary period. There is potential for contract renewal or a transition into a long-term position.
Responsibilities
Internal Oce Automation
Assist in maintaining and improving existing oce automation tools.
Develop basic workow automation scripts and integrations to reduce manual tasks.
Support Google Workspace optimizations (Sheets, Forms, Drive) and third-party app integrations.
Monitor and troubleshoot automation-related issues.
Client Digital Transformation (Schools, Oces & Businesses)
Assist in analyzing workows and identifying automation opportunities for clients.
Support in developing and implementing automation solutions under supervision.
Help create documentation, provide sta training, and oer post-implementation support.
General Responsibilities
Collaborate with development, IT, and operations teams to implement automation solutions.
Work with APIs, scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Bash), and automation platforms (Zapier, Power Automate, etc.).
Maintain clear documentation for automation processes.
