Job Description:
CCNA Certified. 1 year of relevant experience. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications Monitor and manage server performance, security, and backups. Implement and manage Active Directory, user accounts, and permissions. Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls. Monitor network performance and optimize for efficiency. Implement and maintain VPNs and other network security measures. Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Respond to and resolve help desk requests in a timely manner. Assist in the setup and configuration of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. Implement and enforce security policies and procedures. Conduct regular security audits and ensure compliance with cybersecurity best practices. Manage antivirus software and security updates. Assess technology needs and make recommendations for hardware and software purchases. Negotiate with vendors to obtain the best pricing and terms for IT-related products and services. Create and maintain documentation for IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures. Keep inventory of hardware, software licenses, and IT assets. Work closely with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide solutions. Collaborate with external vendors and service providers.
