Distribution Management, Dealing with Key Accounts, General Trade, Modern Trade, etc.

Responsible, for ensuring regional secondary sales targets of Merchandising and BA’s

Customized projects to improve business and ensure time-bond execution through the team.

In/On stores merchandising, planning negotiating, and execution of in/on-store merchandising and shelf space.
Team management and supervision.
Utilization of POS material.
Brand-building exercises through the team.
Planning and execution of regional trade marketing activities to encounter the competitors.
Making different kinds of projects which enhance the secondary sales.
Checking the Daily Progress of BAs
Checking of staff according to their schedule.
Execution of Activities as per the needs of the Market
