We're Hiring: Junior Graphic Designer Experience Required:
Minimum 1 Year We are looking for a talented and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, a passion for design, and the ability to transform creative ideas into engaging visual content across digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, and supporting UI/UX design projects.
💻Key Responsibilities
● Design high-quality visuals for social media, digital advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
● Develop fresh, original creative concepts that align with the brand's identity and marketing objectives.
● Edit promotional videos, social media reels, and other digital video content. ● Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual effects.
● Assist with basic UI/UX design tasks, including layouts and interface elements using Figma.
● Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to deliver visually consistent and impactful designs.
● Incorporate feedback, maintain design quality, and deliver projects within deadlines. Required Skills & Qualifications
● Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in graphic design or digital content creation.
● Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
● Hands-on experience with DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing.
● Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animation.
● Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and Figma.
● Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
● Ability to develop original design concepts rather than relying solely on templates.
