We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our team onsite for developing a tailored CRM solution. The ideal candidate will have expertise across front-end, back-end, database design, and deployment, with experience building robust, scalable business applications.
Responsibilities
Design and develop front-end interfaces (React, or similar) for an intuitive CRM user experience.
Build back-end APIs/services (Node.js, Python, etc.) for CRM business logic and integrations.
Implement database solutions (SQL/NoSQL like PostgreSQL, MongoDB) for efficient data management.
Handle deployment/DevOps (cloud platforms like AWS, Azure) ensuring security and scalability.
Integrate CRM with third-party services (email, marketing automation, APIs).
Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution delivery.
Ensure testing, quality, and performance optimization.
Requirements
Full-stack development expertise (front-end, back-end, database).
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, custom solutions) is a plus.
Proficiency in languages/frameworks like JavaScript (React/Node.js), Python/Django.
Knowledge of database design (relational, NoSQL).
Experience with cloud deployment (Azure).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
