Full-Stack Developer

We're a software development agency based in Karachi working across multiple client projects. We're looking for a mid-level full-stack developer who can work independently, deliver quality, and thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain full-stack web applications (React/Next.js + Node.js/Express)
• Work across multiple client projects simultaneously
• Design and optimize databases (MongoDB / PostgreSQL)
• Write clean, tested, production-ready TypeScript code
• Review AI-generated code for correctness and security
• Help unblock and mentor junior developers
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Docker environments

What we expect:

• 80-90% independence — minimal hand-holding
• Test before every commit (desktop + mobile)
• Proactive communication — escalate blockers, don't go silent
• Ownership mentality — you drive tasks to completion

Growth path:

E1 → E2 → E3 (Senior/Lead). Mentorship from a 10+ year senior developer.
