We are seeking a hands-on Food Technologist with a passion for cookies and industrial baking to relocate and lead production for a growing FMCG company in Malawi.
Key Responsibilities:
Optimize cookie recipes for cost-efficiency, consistency, and shelf life
Standardize baking parameters and reduce production waste
Train staff and ensure batch consistency on the factory floor
Innovate and develop new cookie variants
Manage food safety, hygiene protocols, and production documentation
Coordinate with procurement and management for smooth plant operations
