Etsy Shop Manager (Digital Products & POD)

We are looking for a long-term partner with real, hands-on experience in Etsy, specifically with Digital Products and Print-on-Demand (POD), to help grow a 5-month-old Etsy seller account with Pakistani detail

This is a partnership opportunity based on a profit-sharing model, not a traditional employee role.

Your role will be to:

• Research products that have high sales potential on Etsy.
• Create high-quality digital products and/or POD designs.
• Upload and optimise listings using effective Etsy SEO strategies.
• Contribute to the overall growth and success of the shop.

Requirements:

• Proven, hands-on experience managing and growing an Etsy shop.
• Strong understanding of what is currently working on the platform for digital products and POD.
• Ability to demonstrate past success or provide a portfolio.
