We’re hiring a Mid Level Performance Creative Designer who actually has taste.
You’ll be designing ads, social media posts, landing page sections, emails, and performance focused creatives (all inside figma)
We want someone who understands hierarchy, typography, composition, product presentation, and what makes an ad feel premium instead of cheap.
You should be able to take a rough brief, understand the angle, find strong references, and turn it into something that looks genuinely good without needing your hand held through every decision.
You must be strong in Figma and Photoshop. AI image generation are mandatory.
