We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Cold Callers to join our team

The ideal candidate should be confident in prospecting, cold calling, lead qualification, and generating sales opportunities for IT services and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research prospects through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, and other channels.
• Generate qualified leads and sales opportunities for IT services and software solutions.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, challenges, budgets, and timelines.
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings with the Sales Closer.
• Promote services including web development, mobile apps, digital marketing, SEO, UI/UX, ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other software solutions.
• Handle initial objections and effectively communicate the value proposition.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, follow-ups, and pipeline activities.
• Work closely with Sales Closers and Marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversions.
• Consistently meet KPIs related to calls, qualified leads, appointments, opportunities, and revenue contribution.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in the US market.
• Experience in IT services, software, or digital marketing is highly preferred.
• Strong cold calling, prospecting, and lead-generation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work with CRM systems and manage a sales pipeline.
• Highly motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
