We are looking for a confident and motivated Cold Caller / Appointment Setter (Fresher-friendly) who is comfortable speaking with US pest control business owners and booking qualified appointments.

Responsibilities:

• Cold call US pest control companies 
• Speak with owners and decision-makers
• Present AI automation solutions
• Book qualified appointments
• Achieve daily outreach targets

Requirements:

• Fluent spoken English
• Strong communication & objection handling
• Laptop with stable internet connection
• Comfortable working US business hours (night shift)

Schedule:

 Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Pakistan Time)

 Saturday & Sunday Off

Compensation:

Starts as 100% Commission-Based. After your first successful sale, a fixed base salary begins — the package depends on your sales performance. Performance bonuses also available on top of commission. Full details discussed during interview.
