About Vantedge DX
Vantedge DX is a full-service digital creative agency in Karachi. We do social media, content, branding and digital campaigns for brands across F&B, retail, fitness, fashion and more. We move fast and care about our craft, and we're growing.
The Role
We need a Client Servicing Manager to be the main contact for our clients and keep the team on track day to day. You'll make sure every client feels looked after and every deliverable goes out on time and on brief.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all day-to-day client queries, requests and feedback on WhatsApp, email and calls
- Take briefs from clients and turn them into clear briefs for the creative and content team
- Plan and track monthly content calendars and deliverables for each account
- Run the team's daily workflow: assign tasks, follow up on deadlines and check quality before anything goes to the client
- Coordinate approvals and revisions between clients and the team
- Hold regular check-ins with clients and send them simple progress and performance updates
- Spot upselling opportunities and new needs on existing accounts
- Raise issues early and keep the Account Director and management in the loop
Requirements
- 2–4 years of client servicing or account management experience, ideally at a digital or advertising agency
- Strong communication in both English and Urdu, written and spoken
- Understands social media platforms, content formats and how digital campaigns work
- Organized and can manage several clients and deadlines at once
- Comfortable leading and following up with a creative team
- Calm under pressure and focused on solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Media Sciences or a related field preferred
Nice to Have
- Experience with project tools like Trello, Asana, ClickUp or Notion
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads and performance reporting
