Business Development Representative – ERP Sales Specialist

What You'll DoIdentify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities for our ERP solutions
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure
• Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations with key decision-makers
• Understand client business challenges and position our ERP solution as the answer
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to consistently hit (and exceed) targets
• Maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients throughout the sales cycle
• What We're Looking ForProven experience in B2B sales, ideally selling ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes (finance, supply chain, HR, operations)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
• A solid network of business contacts is a strong plus
