Business Development Executive

HiringMine is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to help us build strategic partnerships and expand our network.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential business partners
• Build and maintain professional relationships
• Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other channels
• Schedule meetings and explore collaboration opportunities
• Assist in closing partnership opportunities

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, Client Relations, or a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven and comfortable with outreach
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets
• Experience working with startups, agencies, educational institutions, technology companies, or service-based businesses will be a plus

Compensation

• Performance-based commission structure.
