Role Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Business Analyst to support our healthcare AI analytics platform. This role focuses on deep digital research, data gathering, and intelligence discovery across multiple online sources to help fuel our analytics engine and product development initiatives.

Experience:

2 Years or More.

Responsibilities:

. Conduct comprehensive online research across search engines, public databases, regulatory filings, social platforms, and digital communities.

. Use advanced Google search operators, Boolean logic, and prompt-based search strategies to surface hard-to-find data.

. Gather, verify, organize, and prepare datasets for integration into our analytics platform.

. Perform structured analysis on healthcare, financial, and organizational data.

. Support project management activities to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.

. Collaborate with leadership to identify data gaps, validate findings, and refine research methodologies.

. Present insights through organized reports, summaries, and briefs.

Required Qualifications:

. Master’s degree (field open, research-intensive backgrounds preferred).

. Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.

. Strong digital research abilities with expert navigation of Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social platforms.

. Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver quality work without supervision.

. Previous remote work experience with proven reliability.

. High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

. Very stable internet connection with a backup power source to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
