We’re Hiring – Brand Manager / Project Manager (E-Commerce)

We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager / Project Manager (E-Commerce) to take full ownership of strategy, operations, and growth for our e-commerce business. This role offers the opportunity to lead both remote contractors and physical staff in Ireland while driving international expansion.

🔹 Position Type & Compliance:

Independent Contractor (not an employee).

Fully remote role with flexible working arrangements.

Contractor responsible for personal tax/legal compliance.

Oversee remote freelancers + on-ground team in Ireland.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Strategic & Operational Leadership – Manage daily operations, suppliers, inventory & production.

E-Commerce & Expansion – Lead WooCommerce store, expand to Amazon, Etsy, and other marketplaces.

Sales, Marketing & Branding – Run digital marketing campaigns, influencer collaborations, and strengthen brand storytelling.

Social Media & Content – Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and blogs with SEO focus.

Financial & Reporting – Maintain budgets, provide performance reports, ensure profitability.

People Management – Recruit, onboard, and supervise contractors & freelancers globally.

🔹 Requirements:

7+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in senior management.

Proven expertise in e-commerce, WooCommerce, and online store management.

Strong leadership & people management skills.

Track record of driving sales & brand growth digitally.

Excellent communication & organizational skills.

Good to Have:

Experience expanding to Amazon/Etsy.

Familiarity with SEO-driven content & blogs.

Proficiency with AI tools, Google Workspace, Canva, Shopify/WooCommerce, Trello/Asana.

🔹 Job Details:

Contract: Independent Contractor Agreement

Experience: 7–8 Years

Salary: Rs. 125,000 – 150,000
