We are seeking a talented and motivated Upwork Bidder to join our team and help us secure new projects by identifying opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, and building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify relevant projects on Upwork and similar platforms that align with our services (graphic design, development, digital marketing, etc.).
- Write customized, persuasive, and high-quality proposals to increase project win rates.
- Communicate with potential clients to understand their project requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain and update the company’s profile on Upwork and other freelance platforms to attract potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to secure repeat business.
- Collaborate with the technical and creative teams to ensure project feasibility and proper execution.
- Achieve monthly targets for bidding and project acquisition.
- Analyze client feedback and adapt bidding strategies for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or in a similar role in the freelancing industry.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling proposals.
- Strong knowledge of Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into effective proposals.
- A proactive approach to finding and pitching for projects.
- Basic understanding of services such as graphic design, software development, and digital marketing.
- Good time management and organizational skills to handle multiple bids simultaneously.
- Familiarity with tools like Trello, Slack, or CRM software is a plus.
