We are urgently seeking a results-driven Social Media Optimization (SMO) Specialist with a strong understanding of SEO and hands-on experience handling Dubai and USA client strategies. The ideal candidate will be skilled in optimizing social media profiles and content to maximize visibility, organic reach, and website traffic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize and maintain social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.) to improve visibility and engagement.
- Implement SMO strategies aligned with SEO goals to boost organic performance across platforms.
- Perform keyword research and incorporate target keywords into social media content, descriptions, and metadata.
- Optimize posts using relevant hashtags, captions, and links to enhance discoverability.
- Research and apply trending hashtags to increase reach and audience engagement.
- Strengthen brand authority through improved link structures, tagging, and interlinking.
- Monitor performance using analytics and insights to track reach, impressions, and click-throughs.
- Develop strategies to grow organic followers, increase reach, and drive website traffic.
- Collaborate closely with content writers and SEO teams to maintain unified brand messaging.
- Conduct competitor and market research specifically for Dubai and USA regions to refine strategies.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Proven experience in Social Media Optimization (SMO) and understanding of SEO integration.
- Strong knowledge of driving website traffic through organic social media strategies.
- Expertise in finding and leveraging trending hashtags for maximum visibility.
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms and optimization best practices.
- Experience working with international clients, especially from Dubai and the USA.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hootsuite, Meta Insights, etc.
- Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in any relevant field.
- Priority will be given on skills and experience.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in SMO and SEO integration preferred.
