Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Female Social Media Manager & Customer Care Rep based in Karachi to manage our social media platforms and handle client follow-ups for TW Cinematic. If you have a knack for customer service and social media management, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
• Respond to client inquiries and conduct follow-up calls
• Assist in creating and posting engaging content
• Monitor and report on social media performance

Requirements:

• Social media management experience (wedding/photography field preferred)
• Excellent communication in English and Urdu
• Strong customer service skills
• Karachi-based only
