We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior QA Tester for a full-time, 100% remote position. In this role, you will ensure the quality of deliverables across multiple strategic projects, collaborating closely with our development and product teams.
💰 Salary: Approximately 2700 DT
📅 Start Date: Early February
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Design, draft, and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Implement and maintain automated tests to ensure application stability and performance.
- Identify, analyze, and track bugs using tools like Jira or equivalent.
- Perform functional, exploratory, regression, and performance testing as required by the projects.
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize processes and ensure quality from the early stages of development.
- Document test results and provide recommendations for continuous QA process improvement.
- Contribute to establishing a global QA strategy aligned with project evolution
🎯 Skills and Requirements
- Proven experience in QA testing (minimum 5 years), with expertise in manual and automated testing.
- Proficiency in automated testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Strong knowledge of test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., TestRail, Jira).
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Deep understanding of web development processes, with attention to cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to work efficiently in a remote environment.
- Bonus: Experience in setting up or managing a QA team
