Location: Lahore, Pakistan

Salary Range: PKR 600,000–700,000/month + Equity

Reports to: Head of Manufacturing & Design

Working Hours: 9am to 6pm

Working Days: Mon to Sat (Sun Off)

Job Summary:

As a Senior Manufacturing Lead, you will be instrumental in scaling and optimizing manufacturing processes. You’ll lead the production of cutting-edge products, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to Lean Manufacturing principles. This is a leadership position requiring expertise in the automotive sector and a passion for sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-scale production of electric motorcycles, battery packs, and swap stations.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing implementation to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with R&D and design teams to integrate new products seamlessly.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Mentor and lead a high-performing team to achieve production targets.
• Develop strategies to reduce production costs while maintaining quality standards.
• Oversee capital equipment investments and maintenance.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years in a senior manufacturing role, ideally in the automotive sectors such as Atlas Honda, Yamaha & Suzuki etc.
• Expertise in CAD, CAM, PLM software, and Lean Manufacturing
