Job Title:Senior Java Spring Boot Developer 

Location: Hybrid (3 Days Remote, 2 Days Office) 

Work Timings: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (IST) 

Job Description: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated *Senior Java Spring Boot Developer* with 5-8 years of hands-on experience for our client . The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Java-based web development using the Spring Boot framework, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. This is a hybrid role offering the flexibility to work from home 3 days a week and requires you to work from the office for 2 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical solutions, and build robust applications.
• Integrate applications with various databases, RESTful APIs, and third-party services.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to backend development.
• Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of backend systems.
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Java development and backend technologies.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of professional experience in Java development with a strong focus on Spring Boot
• Proficiency in Java 8+, with solid understanding of object-oriented design and principles.
• Experience in developing and maintaining microservices architectures using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud
• Hands-on experience with RESTful web services and integration with various data stores like lMySQL, PostgreSQL or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines).
• Strong understanding of multithreading, caching and distributed systems
• Experience working with version control systems (e.g., *Git*).
• Solid experience in using unit testing frameworks like JUnit and Mockito.
• Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in an Agile environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote and in-office setup.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
• Experience with *containerization*and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React, Angular) is a plus.
• Experience working in teams that deliver solutions for large-scale systems.
