Position: Sales Development Representative.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing software house. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the IT industry and be comfortable working in a US Time zones to connect with international clients.

Location: Gulshan e Iqbal, Block 05, Karachi.

Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Work Mode: Full Time (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting potential customers.
• Drafting cold emails.
• Tracking response rates.
• Scheduling calls.
• Conducting sales calls with potential clients.
• Writing notes during calls.
• Sending follow-up emails.
• Drafting proposals.
• Updating and maintaining CRM records.
• Performing other related sales tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a software house or IT sales role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with CRM tools and email outreach platforms.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently during night hours
