Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Lead Generation Executive to join MetriSolution. Your primary role will be to generate high-quality leads, convert potential clients, and bring in new sales for our digital services such as Website Development, Shopify Stores, Mobile Apps, and Branding Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate qualified leads through social media, cold outreach, WhatsApp, and email.
• Pitch MetriSolution’s services confidently to potential clients.
• Follow up with warm leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver a great client experience.

Compensation:

Commission Only – Earn 15% per confirmed sale

(Example: If you close a 20,000 PKR project, you earn 3,000 PKR. No earnings limit!)
