Lime Software Logics is looking for a 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭 to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our lead generation processes, including cold calling, email marketing, and online sales. 

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

◾ Perform QA checks on lead generation activities and CRM data.

◾ Monitor KPIs and provide actionable feedback.

◾ Optimize outreach processes and ensure alignment with best practices.

◾ Train teams on quality standards and best practices.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

◾ 2+ years in QA, lead generation, or digital marketing.

◾ Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

◾ Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.

◾ Familiarity with outreach processes like cold calling and email marketing.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬:

◾ Working Days: Monday to Friday

◾ Shift Timings: Night Shift (7pm-4am or 8pm-5am) 

◾ Location: PECHS Block 2, Karachi
