Operations Team Lead -Remote

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Operations Team Lead to manage the daily operations of our contracting organization. This full-time remote position requires a proactive leader to oversee and streamline processes, ensuring smooth workflows and high-quality output. As the primary point of contact between the team and management, the Operations Team Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to strategic goals, and foster efficient communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send detailed client invoices promptly, ensuring accuracy and efficient billing processes.
- Facilitate seamless communication with clients via email and builder portals for smooth collaboration.
- Work collaboratively with various teams to enhance coordination and operational flow.
- Create monthly performance presentations, offering strategic analysis and insights for senior management.
- Support the accounts payable team to ensure accurate financial transactions.
- Monitor and follow up on overdue payments to ensure timely processing.
- Oversee day-to-day operations in coordination with the USA team.
- Maintain and update operational processes, contributing to strategic development.
- Track and report on key performance indicators and operational efficiency.
- Support data analysis, troubleshooting, and reporting as needed.
- Adhere to company policies, standards, and best practices.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors in Business, Finance, Engineering, IT
- 4-6 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus.
- Strong reporting skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management is a plus.
- Proficiency in English.
