Operations & Maintenance Manager – Site Security
Job Location: Priority given to candidates from:
Abbottabad, AJK, Hazara, Mardan, Charsadda, Chitral, and Rawalpindi/Islamabad, Pakistan
Working Hours: 9am to 5pm
Working Days: Mon to Fri (Sat & Sun Off)

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee site security management, including access control and coordination with authorities.
- Develop and implement cost-effective security solutions, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Monitor and update security levels across sites, maintaining risk level maps and implementing necessary changes.
- Prevent site outages by addressing security-related issues, including access restrictions, union disputes, and ownership concerns.
- Ensure timely salary transfers to security guards and maintain reconciliation with subcontractors and clients.
- Resolve issues related to site owners, guards, or unauthorized access promptly.
- Prevent illegal activities such as electricity theft and ensure adherence to OHS policies.
- Prepare detailed reports on site security, risk levels, and performance.
- Maintain a comprehensive Security Operations Manual and train security personnel accordingly.
- Build and maintain client relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies for documentation and resolution of security incidents.
- Supervise security operations, including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training.

Preferred backgrounds: government security forces, telecom security management, or law enforcement.
Qualification Requirements
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
- 7+ years of technical experience or 5+ years in a managerial role within the telecom industry.
- Experience dealing with law enforcement agencies, courts, and police stations.
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with site personnel.
- Familiarity with MS Office, Excel, and Outlook.
